Family Counselling (Virtual only)
Family counselling offers a supportive space for parents and children to better understand one another, strengthen communication, and work through conflict in a healthier way. Sessions may focus on improving connection, supporting emotional regulation, and helping family members express their needs with more clarity and care.
Parenting coach (Virtual only)
Parenting support offers a warm and practical space to better understand your child’s needs, emotions, and behaviours. Sessions may include psychoeducation around child development, emotional regulation, attachment, communication, and behaviour.
Together, we can explore what may be happening underneath your child’s behaviour and develop practical strategies to support connection, reduce conflict, and respond to challenging moments with more confidence and care.
Workshops
I offer workshops and wellness materials for companies, schools, and organizations looking to support mental health, emotional well-being, and healthier relationships. Topics may include stress management, emotional regulation, burnout prevention, communication, parenting, child development, and anxiety.
